Islands8 will be taking over the POPP bar in Gzira for one gintastic evening! Mexican mixologist Monica is preparing a special gin cocktail menu especially for the evening, showcasing the Islands8 gin at it’s finest.
Islands8 is a small batch gin distilled using 8 traditional Maltese botanicals in addition to Juniper berries – Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Dill, Aniseed, Fennel and Mint. It’s the baby of brother-sister duo Annabel and George Xuereb who turned their passion for good drinks and fun times into a blooming business.
Accompanying the fabulous gin cocktails our tapas menu will be available plus our usual beers on draft and cans, ciders and non-alcoholics from the fridges (our house cocktail menu will not be available).
Join us after work or later in the evening on Thursday 25th July, we’ll be serving from 18:00 till about 23:00 or so, shop open as usual.
